Clever Landscaping is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our landscaping company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online research, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their landscaping needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position Clever Landscaping in the market strategically.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value and benefits of Clever Landscaping's services.
- Actively track and manage sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in Landscaping or related fields.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of landscaping services, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage the sales process.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
