We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the execution of onboarding new partners, managing the execution of assets, optimizing digital and content strategies, recapping partnerships, calculating the overall value of partnerships, and reporting results. As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with our sales team on the successful and timely implementation of contractual elements. Position is based from our office located in Detroit, MI. Irregular hours including extended hours on nights, weekends and holidays may be occasionally required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Possesses the highest integrity and ethical standards
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, detail oriented, and works well under pressure
- Must understand digital marketing and advertising
- High level of resourcefulness, initiative and good judgment setting priorities
- Demonstrated superior customer service focus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must possess knowledge of all Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Photoshop
- Understanding of Monday.com preferred
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required
Responsibilities
- Ensures successful and timely implementation of contractual elements
- Manages the execution of assets and onboarding new partners
- Optimizes digital and content strategies, recaps partnerships, calculates the overall value of partnerships, and reports results
- Manages assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis
- Provides support to the sales team including the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, contacting clients, etc.
- Manages and tracks all costs/expenses associated with each assigned account
- Builds and maintains budgets
- Manages the fulfillment of client and user merchandise requests including facilitating payment and shipping/delivery
- Processes invoices, check requests, and purchase orders as necessary
- Produces Sales Proposals, Marketing Summaries, and Proof of Performance reports for growing client list
- Learns and utilizes Demographic Tools and Media Valuation Tools as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
