This high-volume, popular brand location offers the perfect setting to engage with customers seeking precisely what you have to offer: top-quality HVAC replacement program.

Sunny Service, Hurst’s finest 5 star Heating and Cooling Company, is currently looking for Sales Lead Generators to generate HVAC leads at Costco and select events and select Home Shows in and Dallas Fort Worth area.

Pay Range: $35,000 - $55,000

We are hiring at the following Costco locations:

• Arlington
• Duncanville

Required Credentials:

• A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk the floor during working house to increase customer interaction
• Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.
• Some sales experience, but we will train the right candidate
• Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Sunny Service has a robust training program and will teach the right candidates how to be successful. Due to our expansive growth we are looking to hire qualified individuals immediately.

We offer hourly pay PLUS an excellent commission package. Our top performers make $50k or more in their first year. Full Time employees receive competitive pay, comprehensive paid training along with the following benefit options:
