Jani-King of Jacksonville, representing the Largest Commercial Cleaning Franchise Company in the World is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a successful record of accomplishment in sales management.

As an essential business, our franchisees provide cleaning and disinfecting services to tens of thousands of clients in a variety of industries including General Office, Manufacturing, Retail, Resort, Hotel, Bank, Healthcare, Event, Stadium, Education, Government, and Restaurant. Jani-King is the global leader in the ever-growing $100 billion-dollar commercial cleaning industry.

This local position requires an experienced candidate who possesses a successful track record of 5-7 years in sales management. Some customer leads will be provided, but to be successful in this position, one must have solid cold-calling (B2B) capacity and impressive presentation skills. The Sales Professional must be able to network and build a client base within the region. We are looking for a leader who is reliable and passionate about achieving goals and can produce the overall expected results in the region.

Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager

· Recruit, hire, and train sales team

· Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed

· Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

· Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members

· Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts

· Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members

· Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

· Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed

Qualifications for Regional Sales Manager

· 5 years of experience in sales

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas

· Excellent leadership skills

· Experience setting sales goals

· Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

· Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

There is an absolute ability to develop earnings over $80,000 - $100,000+ per year and beyond, and we need candidates who are leaders in sales with a commitment to success.
