Commercial Inside Sales Rep - Real Estate
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and sales focused Commercial Inside Sales Rep - Real Estate to assist the leasing manager in outreach and achieving leasing objectives of occupancy, rental goals and marketing properties. Top applicants are organized and have strong people skills. The ability to work quickly with numbers and analyze data is essential. Multitasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of people. Interpersonal skills, dedication to customer satisfaction and persuasiveness are paramount. Bi-lingual, proficient in Chinese preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist Leasing Manager in outreach and achieving leasing objectives
- Sales focused: Calling leads, cold calling, creating leads, generating leads, converting leads to closed sales
- Identifying and contacting potential leasing leads. Following up on lead queries
- Meeting potential tenants in person as needed
- Scheduling and keeping track of all leasing appointments & showings.
- Maintaining and updating leasing department CRM & Leasing Drive by recording all correspondences with leads, agents, vendors etc. into the appropriate systems.
- Preparing and sending out Letter of Intent and leasing agreements.
- Ensuring that all letters of intent and leasing agreements are duly signed and important details are entered.
- Informing agents, vendors, business contacts about new projects and events.
- Cold calling to business owners, past leads, managers, to assist in locating new potential tenants.
- Assisting in preparing leasing sales reports.
- Responsible for direct support of the leasing manager.
- Assist in assembling materials for leasing sales related events.
- Perform a variety of other administrative duties as assigned.
- May be required to assist in showing available units in our Aurora & Plainfield locations when needed.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- No Real Estate License Required
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Rep- Real Estate,Sales Representativeor a similar role in the Sales/Real Estate industry. The Commercial Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Complete knowledge of sales procedures, trends, and developments
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms, Yardi, Google Drive, Google Business Applications, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Chinese preferred, with affluent personality with an ability to interact with a different types of people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Research-driven and detail-oriented individual.
- A team player as well as the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a competitive environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Some knowledge of Real Estate law (state, federal, county and local).

Salary $35,000.00-$38,000.00 plus commission
