We are a full-service insurance office, our customers are our priority. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our local families and businesses, assisting with their insurance needs.

This position is hourly rate + commission.

Initially unlicensed employees will start at the entry level hourly rate.

Once licensing is complete, employees receive a raise & will be eligible for commissions.

Our work environment includes:

• Professional office setting
• M-F 8:30-5pm

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

· Property & Casualty license is preferred or willing to obtain

$500 bonus for obtaining license within 30 days

· Sales or client-facing experience is required

· Life & Health license is a plus, will eventually have to obtain

· Microsoft OS experience, must be tech savvy

· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

· Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

· Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

· Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

· Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
