We are searching for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative with fantastic customer service skills. The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers.

To be a successful Inside Sales Representative, you should be trustworthy, be proficient with computers and software, have excellent verbal and written skills, a strong presence and experience dialing many calls per day.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

· Understand customer needs and requirements

· Close sales

· Receive inbound calls from existing customers who have questions about work quoted and / or who would like to move forward

· Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions

· Responsible closing deals and processing payments

· Responsible for customer follow up

· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Requirements:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Excellent attendance

· Possess excellent customer service skills

· Strong listening and sales skills

· Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
