Full description of the position

We are specifically looking for motivated, driven, and coachable licensed agents as we have access within Columbus and the various public schools we service to help public employees and their families with their pension, retirement, and insurance benefits.

Having district approved access with many of the school districts in the area is what creates consistent clients coming in which ultimately creates a consistent book of business serving the needs of educators. With that and with our 1-on-1 mentorship, we will show you how to build a strong book of business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and problems
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools and clients
• Provide guidance on pension, retirement, insurance and debt solutions
• Adhere to the golden rule of relationships!

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Active Insurance Producer License Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Strong integrity and values
• Work in person on school campuses

Please note that this is a 1099 independent contractor position and requires a life insurance license at minimum. Health insurance license plus and advisory licenses are welcome through our Registered Investment Advisory platform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
