JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Motor Coach Customer Service/Sales Rep

FLSA: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)

SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 1-hour unpaid lunch period (some night/weekends required during major events).

Overview of Position:

This position is responsible for full-service Customer Experience for Motor Coach charted trips.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finding and engaging new customers through various channels.
• Provide accurate price quotes to customers
• Book charter trip / customer information accurately into the Motorcoach Manager system and creates trip file.
• Provide dispatch/drivers with all relevant information to ensure a smooth trip.
• Work closely with customers to firm up itinerary and group requirements all within FMCSA guidelines.
• Provide resolution to customer issues/disputes.
• Work with Dispatch team to ensure equipment and drivers meet customer expectations.
• Follow-up with customer to insure trip expectations are met and answer any questions/issues.
• Other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:

• Three (3+) years customer service.
• College degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong organization skills a must.
• Must be proficient in the use of Computer and Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Self-motivated, ability to drive sales with little direction.
• Ability to work well with others and be extremely people oriented.
