Position: Sales Director

Growing luxury automobile retail group is looking for sales leaders to join our team.

We are a customer centric import luxury dealership group with a proven track record. We treat every customer as a professional friend.

The ideal candidates will be:

Customer Centric: The candidate must genuinely enjoy meeting and helping people through the sales process. No one buys our vehicles just for transportation, it is a lifestyle choice. They should enjoy the purchase process as much as they will the ownership of the vehicle. They are family.

Communication: Natural at building relationships with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Assume the Sale: The majority of people come to our dealerships after a great deal of research and are ready to drive and buy the vehicle. The successful candidates will recognize this and make the process simple, easy, professional, and fast.

Judgment: The candidate must demonstrate sound judgment in decisions and actions.

Initiative: Seize the day! Self-motivated. A positive attitude and a focus on the right activities each day, every day
