Basics of the Open Positions

We are a wholesale brand that sells to boutiques and National Accounts across the country. We are building a team of reps that can manage relationships and are great at backend paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Write orders for customers and help curate collections for their stores
• Communicate regularly with warehouse team and VP of Wholesale
• Travel for and work trade shows in Dallas, Las Vegas, and other Pop-ups
• Answer questions from customers through text, calls, email, and live chat
• Speak to and promote our brands (Southern Grace and Grace+Emma)
• Add a personal touch to customers' order: handwritten notes, Southern Grace swag, etc. to show appreciation for the customer.
• If you are pursuing new accounts, the marketing and design teams will work with you to make sure you have everything you need to make a successful pitch.
• With a small team, you will have a greater hand in solving sales-related issues that arise, giving you greater autonomy.
• You will receive leads but it will be your responsibility to "win" those accounts with follow-up, persistence, and good work.

Qualifications

• Merchandising-minded (suggest add-on pieces, color stories, etc. to retailers)
• Hustle mindset-- a person that enjoys making sales!
• Self-starter
• Tech savvy-- being able to communicate with HQ online, checking inventory, etc.

Compensation & Expectations

• First 30-60 days are training and paid at an inclusive monthly rate.
• After training is complete, you will switch to a slightly lower base pay plus commission
• Base Pay is determined by your experience, but on the low end we expect our reps to take home $60,000/year. Many reps have made over $100,000/year.
