The Inside Sales role has a base salary plus commission. This role is key to our company’s ability to reach our goals. A successful Inside Sales person needs to understand all aspects of our business and of our industry. The training process will include purchasing training to help you gather knowledge and experience in our industry with the goal of gaining enough experience to take ownership of the sales process. We expect you to build and maintain customer relationships by being both a positive expression of our company’s values and as an internal voice for our customer’s needs and concerns. Sales is a combination of responding to phone, website, and email orders, while also proactively expanding sales within current customers and their contacts.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Strong relationship building skills
• Goal oriented and self-motivated with excellent verbal and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
• Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
• Strong computer skills, including communicating internally and externally via email
• Ability to multitask and manage time and work tasks well
• Knowledge of the industrial and commercial laundry industry beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Answer in-bound phone, email and website inquiries
• Create quotes and follow-up systems for quotes
• Proactive outreach and relationship expansion with current customers and their contacts
• Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
