Position Title: Renewal and Expansion Regional Sales Manager

Overall responsibility:
Due to increasing demands in the $72 billion health animal health marketplace for our compelling solutions, Cubex, LLC is searching for a high-impact, business development-focused sales professional to join our Sales team. This position will support both current and new business development with veterinary accounts throughout the United States.
This individual must be able to maintain a consistent sales pipeline to achieve the annual quota. This individual will sell current CUBEX customers, presenting a persuasive business case with ROI to justify investment of additional CUBEX smart cabinets, and renewal of existing cabinets.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of landing new sales accounts in Capital Sales, Enterprise Software, and or SaaS solutions experience. Domain expertise in Financials, Supply Chain, and/or workflow solutions is preferred.
Veterinary industry experience with day-to-day practice workflow, inventory management, patient care, and/or vet technician experience is an added plus.
Strong management skills and the ability to work independently and effectively, including having an elevated level of responsibility and integrity is critical.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute a Territory Action plan to achieve the assigned quota
- Develop and manage relationships in existing accounts, and/or decision-making committees and partners
- Develop individual Strategic Account Plans for assigned accounts and prospects being targeted
- Follow a formal, disciplined sales process e.g., Challenger Selling, Sandler Sales Management, or similar
- Work closely with the Field Sales Team. Serve as a resource for Sales Training, Sales, and Marketing for continuous learning related to sales execution
- Develop Plans and strategies for business development and achieving the company’s revenue growth objectives for the Veterinary marketplace
- Effectively plan, negotiate, and influence the interactions and relationships with customers, consultants, and internal team members to achieve strategic account goals
- Review current state product sourcing/ procurement and target customers to identify areas where a Cubex solution, its supply chain, big data, and productivity technology can help improve operations
- Consistently communicate with company leadership on sales opportunities via Salesforce.
- Prospecting for new business and direct customer engagement, working with partners to increase the Cubex product knowledge and efficiencies
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Carrying out all aspects of the sale including pricing negotiations, contract development, and ensuring successful implementation of Cubex Products
- Develop and execute sales close plans that may involve multiple Cubex stakeholders and partner with Regional and Local sales team members as needed
- Comprehend, build, and present financial needs analysis & business cases to, practice owners and administrators
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting through company CRM for the Veterinary segment of the business
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events as required to support Strategic Account pursuits for the Cubex Sales Team
Skills and Attributes:
- 3-5 years of verifiable Capital Sales, Enterprise Software, and/or SaaS sales success
- Supply Chain, Financials, and/or workflow software solutions preferred
- Develop and execute a Territory Action Plan and individual Strategic Account Plans
- Develop and execute value-based strategic business cases with ROI for sales pursuits
- Operate with a sense of urgency; Execution oriented
- Successful experience building go-to-market strategies, and a sales plan
- Demonstrated consultative and value-based selling experience at elevated levels, managing complex sales processes
- Working knowledge of the Veterinary Technology, pharmaceutical, and supply marketplace (suppliers and manufacturers) is strongly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- specifically, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Manage CRM – Salesforce preferred
- Possess strong attention to detail with strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Hours of Operation/Travel:
- Regular working hours for Full-Time employment
- Headquarters Location:
- Candidate can be remotely located
- Travel: 50% travel / 50% home office
- Must have the flexibility to work from a home office while traveling to customer and partner locations
Education/Licenses/Certifications/Position Requirement:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in Business or Finance (preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Veterinary Sales (or a related Field) preferred
