Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an energetic Residential HVAC Sales Representative for their Buffalo, NY, location. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with an assigned client base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This position would be ideal for a self-motivated go-getter who is customer service focused and wants to drive and build business for a growing organization.

Lead-based sales with competitive base salary and commission. First-year potential earnings could exceed $125,000 +

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• In-home consultation, follow-up, and sale of residential HVAC equipment
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin for the residential HVAC division
• Regularly develop sales skills and product knowledge
• Responsible for scheduling jobs, design and job orders
• Communicate work scopes with installers
• Ensure great client service from the order to the delivery and beyond

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail/outside sales
• Successful sales experience within the local region
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
