Full description of the position

National Director of Strategic Sales Long Term Care
Driving successful sales initiatives to capture service contracts in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living and Senior Living facilities.

Can reside anywhere in Eastern US.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develops comprehensive and detailed sales territory plans including detailed sales analysis, including account identification, account penetration, and opportunity prioritization.
  • Identifies and develops relationships with both regional and C-suite level decision makers.
  • Effectively execute on strategic initiatives, maximize market penetration and accelerate market share growth.
  • Work closely with internal business partners including Finance, Operations, and Account Management.
  • Lead and grow a successful sales team.
  • Up to 75% travel

Experience:

  • At least eight to ten years in sales with significant background in selling healthcare services or products.
  • 5 years of sales management with proven experience developing a sales team.
  • Knowledge of the post acute care market.
  • Demonstrated history of negotiation, implementation and renewal of significant customer contracts and programs.
  • Previous experience selling to, and managing relationships with executive level contacts.

Education:

  • B.S. /B.A. required, preferably in business, health care, or a related area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
