Full description of the position

We are in need of, honest, dependable and hardworking professionals, who are looking for a career in Industrial Sales. The position is for a Customer Service Professional. Prior experience in industrial sales, quote entry, order entry, and purchase order entry. Experience in AS 400, Oracle, SAP, etc. a plus. Training will be provided and will consist of hands on, virtual, etc.

Responsibilities

-Customer service in store and external customers.

-Data entry

-Provide product suggestions

-Problem solving

-Product sourcing

-General office tasks

Skills

-Strong verbal and written skills.

-Ability to multitask and prioritize.

-General computer knowledge.

-Phone etiquette and listening skills.

-Prior sales experience.

-Mechanical aptitude a plus.

Job Type: Full-Time

Starting Pay $19.00 to $20.00 per hour and up pertaining to experience.
