Full description of the position

Selling exterior windows, decking, roofs and siding, customizing for high end customer base in Colorado Springs.

Krueger Brothers Provides:

· $36k Base Salary plus commissions

· Proven income range currently $80,000 - $200,000 /year

Requirements/Qualifications

· Construction experience (desirable, but not required)

· Outside Sales / In Home Sales experience

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Team player with autonomous work experience (self starter).

· Sales oriented, customer focused with excellent soft skills.

· Strong problem solving, closing, and analytical abilities.

· A strong ability to learn and consistently follow a well-designed sales process

· An excellent ability to listen and understand where another person is coming from.

· Ability to ask for the purchase and be pleasantly persistent to ensure that a proposal is accepted

· Basic computer software skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Pipedrive etc.)

· Ability to work on multiple clients and projects while keeping all of the details straight

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Please produce a 5-10 minute video on your phone selling me something. I want to see your face and body language as you talk to the phone camera across the table.

Include the following:

· the features of what you are selling

· the function of those features

· the benefit of each one

· answer these objections: the price is too high and why will it take two months to deliver

Upon receiving your video we will take about 4-5 business days to have our team review and acknowledge its receipt.

If competitive with other videos then the hiring process continues with :

· a phone interview

· reference checks that you set up an appointment for me to call and spend 5-8 minutes on the phone.

· a background check

· a interview at our office questions and answers

· a personality survey - preferred communication style

· a job offer and contract, start date and on-ramp
