TMS America, an employment agency is seeking a Japanese/English Bilingual Business Development Real Estate Representative for a client in Brea, CA. This position is direct-hire and full-time.

Location: Brea, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00/HR (Non-Exempt) + benefits

Job duties include:

• Prepare documents and research for internal presentations for future store openings
• Archiving and maintaining lease and legal documents related to the property
• Coordinate between internal and external departments during the store development process　
• Travel 2-3 days per month

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
• Past experience in business development/real estate
• Proficient PC and MS Office skills
• Market knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support is a plus
