Full description of the position

Role:

Bill360, Inc. is a Florida based B2B financial technology company, developing cloud-native software for automating accounts receivable, invoicing and payment acceptance.

Bill360 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales function. As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to acquire new customers and deliver consistent revenue growth. Your primary focus will oversee the day-to day sales activity and coordinate with Marketing to elevate the impact of the Sales team.

This is an in-office position reporting daily to our Jacksonville, FL office located in the Baymeadows/Southside area.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence in line with company objectives.
  • Plan and execute on the company’s sales strategy to acquire new customers through multiple channels.
  • Hire, manage and lead the sales teams against production goals.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through effective lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Set clear individual and team daily and weekly targets and timeline for execution.
  • Set specific monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.
  • Plan and direct the hiring and training of the sales team.
  • Identifies and develops opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Draw up sales activity reports.
  • Work to ensure sales and productivity goals are met.
  • Present information regarding clients and sales at company meetings.
  • Devise new and innovative ways to market products and services.
  • Lead in-house training, seminars, and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.
  • Handle additional assignments as requested by your manager.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in full sales cycle, selling enterprise B2B software, preferably SaaS ERP, finance, CRM. Experience in Fintech is a plus.
  • Experience leading sales in an early stage, high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and sense of urgency for successful sales execution on a measurable timeline.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage pipelines, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales distribution strategy and tactics in the SaaS / payments industry.
  • Exhibit awareness of best sales practices and methods.
  • Work well in a high-pressure environment of performance-based accountability.
  • Possess knowledge of competitive products and markets.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Local and national travel to meet clients and visit satellite offices is also required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • 10+years relevant experience in a sales leadership role in payments and/or software preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
