Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide office support to our Sales team.
  • Manage the Sales Support team email.
  • Calculate, verify, communicate & document special price quotes.
  • Collaborate with dealers and customer service on incomplete purchase orders for processing.
  • Maintain data integrity utilizing Salesforce for the Customer Relationship Management on pricing, special freight quotes, account contacts and important notes.
  • Become proficient in select customer vendor portals to support the Sales Managers with new item set-up, price changes, accessing sales reports, and any other needs as dictated by the customer.
  • Provide product information and solve issues as needed.
  • Help prepare and enhance sales department PowerPoint presentations.
  • Process customer requests relating to shipping paint samples and product literature as needed.
  • Work directly with Product Managers to help keep our product information accurate on our website and information systems.
  • Schedule internal meetings, attend, take & provide notes to sales team as needed.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, in person or remote. Determine needs with assigned Sales Manager, make necessary arrangements and communicate updates accordingly.
  • Attend key customer meetings as requested to capture action items and important notes for Sales follow up.
  • Coordinate key national trade shows. You will need to set up team meeting to determine, attendees, logistics, booth set up, product samples, hotel reservations and more. Communicate details to team members as needed and arrange for a follow post tradeshow meeting for feedback.
  • Assist the Director of Sales Administration as needed for customer support needs and documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • College degree
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong data analytics
  • Able to work independently

The job is full time with a hybrid office position that includes up to 15% travel for national trade shows and customer meetings as needed.
