THE POSITION

As a roll: Sales Team or Seasonal Prime Time Sales Specialist, you are at the core of a customer’s experience in our shops. Today's roll: Sales Specialists continue to be the force behind our success–and are pioneers of a bicycle retail revolution in establishing roll:'s reputation for extraordinary customer service and a store experience like no other. ABOUT ROLL:

We believe that bikes change lives. Whether connecting people in their communities, building friendships, helping families to spend quality time, or promoting health and wellness, bikes can (and do) change people’s lives. With over 15 years of history, we are expanding our own shops, growing our retail partnerships with other shops, and continuing to expand our reach with online sales of roll: brand bikes and equipment. We enjoy the positive impact we have on, and the connections we create in the communities we serve, as we proudly build and ride our bikes in Columbus, Ohio.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• You have specialty retail experience preferably but it’s not required.
• You love to ride a bike and want to be able to share your joy.
• You love to help customers and team members alike and can think quickly on your feet.
• You have the sales and customer service skills that are the heart and soul of the roll: store experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You understand that why people ride is as important to know as what people ride.
• You translate “bike-speak” into “real people-speak”.
• You inspire a whole new generation of riders to get on their bikes.
• You provide complete sales solutions for every customer.

SALES TEAM MEMBER COMPENSATION

• Pay scale for this full time / Prime Time position ranges $12 to $16 hourly dependent upon experience.
• All full-time team members are eligible to participate in the roll: health care plan.
• All full time positions also receive 4 weeks paid time off to help encourage our team to get out there!
• Every team member is eligible for all roll: discount program’s and industry incentives.
