We have been a local family owned exterior improvement business since 1993. We specialize in making windows, siding, roofing, doors, and more a headache free process for our customers. We have a positive atmosphere and are very detail oriented in order to create a good experience for those that we do work for. With consistent growth over the last 28 years, It is time to again add new faces to our team! We are in search of a high energy appointment setter for a full time weekday shift.

*What We Are Looking For:

• You will be setting appointments for our in-home salesforce in the window and door industry. Experience is not required but preferred.

• Must be punctual, hardworking, and a team player.

• Many growth opportunities within our company for those who can exceed expectations and be consistent.

• Nice work atmosphere, no high pressure but still are expected to produce our expected goals.

• Be able to identify with homeowners and their home improvement needs.

• Competitive spirit and drive to be the best

• Conversational and friendly, but also have conviction in our product and services
