Location: Meridian site (moves to Nampa when new site opens)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Job Description
Maintains and promotes the mutual business interests with existing customers/vendors and pursues sources of inbound organic recycling materials. This position will work closely with new and existing landscapers, wholesalers, farmers, nurseries, and governmental agencies.
Responsibilities
· Manage existing accounts and customer/vendor relationships
· Identify potential customers and pursue inbound material for recycling
· Maintain and report accurate customer records
· Assist customers via inbound and outbound phone calls
· Lead the sales and marketing of various organic products, such as wood chips, mulch, compost, and topsoil
Minimum Qualifications
· 3+ years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role
· 3+ years of customer account management experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong customer service and phone skills
· High school or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in recycling, composting, or waste management
· Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural or a related field
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office platforms
· Ability to manage multiple tasks
