Sales Assistant duties and responsibilities:
Assisting Sales Manager with various jobs and requests
Providing quick and efficient customer service
Taking calls – answering all job/project related question(s)
Working closely with Office personnel to assure a smooth process from beginning to finish-
Scheduling projects and ordering materials
Providing material availability and status (as needed)
Documenting all sales and 'possible' sales to Manager
Keeping record of all generated quotes.

Qualifications/Skills required;
Sales Background is required
Math skills (Sq FT) is required
Computer skills are necessary
Construction background is a plus
