NEED TO BE FFM CERTIFIED (Federally Facilitated Marketplace Certification 2023)

ACA (Affordable Care Act) is going strong & NOW is the best time to sell ACA deals and help your fellow Americans attain quality healthcare at no / low cost to them, while reaping highly attractive commissions.

We’ll provide Inbound calls from nationwide celebrity endorsed TV commercials, direct mail, targeted Ads & other promotions that bring the right client into your pipeline for an approx. 15-min phone close.

We will have options for Both On-Site Jobs and Field Work, with offices in Coral Springs, Houston, and Atlanta.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We’ll provide you with a complete Tech. stack to help you easily bring clients through the Sales Process & close deals. Your role would be a friendly consultant helping clients understand their ACA options and how to enroll through our industry leading technology. Our Customer Service team will then ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Complete Training will be provided.

Details:

• Must maintain a consistent schedule of showing up with a positive attitude
• Be able to handle 100+ phone calls per day
• Immediately develop rapport with clients
• Discover any specific pain points or unique situations
• Close deals & complete proper confirmation process

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ambitious, Results & Goal Focused
• Fast learner
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
• Clear communicator with phone experience and professional phone etiquette
• Consistent attendance Is a must

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of ACA programs preferred.
• Proficiency with computer and web-based applications.
• Strong communication skills including active listening.

Compensation Structure:

+ $800 weekly salary

+ Commission paid @ $25/member confirmed (some contracts are multi-member households)

+ Our current agents are closing 20 members per day, top performers can close 25+ members per day.

Bonus Structure and additional incentives:

• Free Lunch every day the office reaches 100 confirmed members
• Weekly Bonus for individuals reaching 100 deals / week
• Monthly Bonus for reaching 500 closed deals
• Top-Performer Trophy + Bonus / Honors for Highest 1-Day Record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
