Kumabe HR is partnering with a renowned project development company to find an efficient Sales Coordinator/Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President and Sales & Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage/input MLS listings and generate activity reports
• Prepare/distribute price sheets and reports
• Review customer satisfaction surveys and update Frequently Asked Questions as needed
• Complete various research, prepare & edit reports and presentations as needed
• Understand, optimize, and implement processes to improve sales efforts
• Work with various departments in streamlining different processes
• Organize and facilitate internal & external recognition of the Sales Team
• Assist with testing of websites and and online registration platforms
• Act as the liaison with Marketing Team to ensure all collateral & sales tools are up to date and accurate

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience is required (real estate is a plus!)
• Experience working with clients and consultants required
• High-level administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Exercise discretion and confidentiality in all business matters
• Build & maintain excellent relations with other employees, clients, and vendors
