Automotive Sales Specialist

Sawgrass Ford is hiring a motivated and hardworking individual ready to conquer their career in Sales!.

Prior Automotive Sales is preferred but not required.

· Greet and analyze customers’ needs and provide them with the product knowledge and customers service that will lead to a sale.

· Input customers information into the dealership software to develop your book of business

· Educate and show the customer different automobiles

· Provide excellent customer service

· Ensure full sales process was met with superior standards and complete customer satisfaction

· Maintain all Ford certifications

Job Requirements

· Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively

· Ability to multitask and maintain good relationship with dealership management

· Prior experience in automotive facility preferred but not required

· Ability to follow directions successfully

· Ability to communicate with managers and peers, Bilingual a PLUS!

· Ability to maintain composure under pressure

· Excellent Customer Service skills

· Detail oriented

· Must be dependable and have great work ethic

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

· Valid driver's license with Clean driving record

· Must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

· Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
