Signature Engineered Solutions (SES) is excited to announce an opening for an Inside Sales Representative/Business Development Coordinator. This will be a challenging and multi-faceted opportunity which will focus on key accounts in core markets.

The successful candidate will work in all aspects of the organization assisting and supporting the Director of Business Development and other SES Management personnel. This is an entry level position with the potential for advancement. On the job training will be provided. SES is a growing company that believes in promoting from within.

Responsibilities
Direct interface with key customers
Enter, track and manage projects
Process daily workflow for orders
Prepare shipping schedules and shipping documents
Build/Manage Customer Relationships
Fulfill sample requests
Help maintain accurate inventory levels
Prepare advanced shipping notifications
Assist in shipping and receiving as required
Maintain accurate documentation related to Standard Operating Procedures
Other duties as required

Reports to Director of Business Development

Required skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Sales experience
Strong technical aptitude

Additional skills and experience
Knowledge of the fastener industry is a plus
