We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our uber-awesome operations team in the Littleton area. Salary will be based on experience ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 plus benefits and bonuses. At least one year of experience with Transaction Management is required. Do not apply if you are not available in the next 30 days.

Transaction Management (TM) is designed to create leverage for exceptional real estate professionals to assist them in focusing on what they do best; deepening and developing relationships and executing on contractual needs. The successful TM candidate will understand their job is to assist top producing Realtors to achieve more in their business and live a better life by allowing them to not be consumed with the administrative details that are still crucial to accomplishing a world class experience for their client. This individual will have the ability to adapt to the various agent operational styles and personalities while honoring the refined, scalable system and process CHR has created for transaction management.

Specific goals and responsibilities for the TM position are:

• Create a truly world class experience in every transaction to agent and client
• Handle volume of upward to 40 closed transactions per month
• Proactive and passionate communication with agents and clients
• Impeccable data entry in various systems and tracking of completion of tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
