We are currently seeking an energetic and strategic Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations and contribute to our ongoing growth.
Position Description:
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing our entire sales process and will report directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities will range from cultivating relationships with partners and customers to representing the company at industry trade shows. We are particularly interested in candidates who can unlock new direct sales channels to reach prospective customers.
In this pivotal role, you will not only be expected to sell our technology solutions but also strategize and identify avenues to engage potential customers. The successful candidate will exhibit a high degree of proactivity and have the capacity to adapt in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
· Attend industry trade shows, representing the company professionally and proactively engaging potential clients.
· Establish and nurture relationships with partners and customers.
· Develop innovative strategies to create new direct sales channels.
· Learn and comprehend our technology solutions to effectively tailor them to customer needs.
· Potentially lead a growing sales team in the future.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to securing new business.
· Ability to rapidly understand and articulate new technology concepts.
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
· Willingness and ability to travel to trade shows.
· Experience with or understanding of managed services and PCI compliance is a plus.
Compensation:
The pay structure is flexible, comprising a proposed base salary plus a commission model. We invite the incoming Sales Manager to propose a pay structure that is mutually beneficial and aligns with our company values and business model.
