Role Summary

The Manager exercises proven judgment and discretion in analyzing and evaluating the most high-risk business processes that have been identified for the intermediary business with little direction. The Manager leverages their expert knowledge and understanding of the intermediary business to resolve complex issues and leads process improvements to eliminate risk. Supports the business through specialized expertise and ensures execution of the business strategy.

Responsible for complex activities related to client operations and anticipating issues that can arise. Reviews data analysis to identify issues, reports findings, and provides preliminary recommendations. Resolves complex operational issues as required, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and consumer laws.
