The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing a Book of Business (BoB) which includes assisting customers/clients with selecting plans, enrolling in plans, customer service inquiries, general questions/concerns, and establishing a quality relationship with the customer.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and care to all customers/clients.
• Special emphasis on serving your own book of business as it grows in active customers.
• Takes point on resolving all issues to ensure customer’s needs are met.
• Interacts with customers throughout the year to make sure their needs are currently being met.
• Assist the Account Managers with their customers as needed (team) and as directed by company management.
• Work with customers (either in person or over the phone/email) to review their plan options and potentially assist them in enrolling into a different plan.
• General office & operational duties.
• Performs Medicare 101 & Sales Seminars as required or requested for our customers/clients.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• State Required Disability and Life Insurance License preferred or obtain license within 45 days after start date
• At least one (1) year of related experience and/or training
• College degree from an accredited institution preferred, High School diploma or GED acceptable
• Must be able to contract with all carriers that Medicare Help Now contracts with
• Ethical conduct

Pay: $65,478.00 per year
