We are customer-centric, rewarding, collaborative and our goal is to bring on an agent to help with our existing clients and help take on our ever-increasing volume of new referrals. Medicare Insurance Sales Agent Benefits:

• Hourly base pay.
• 20% commission on new business and renewals continually increasing annual pay.

Medicare Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:

• Closely work with our existing and prospective clients to find the proper balance of coverage and cost to fit their insurance needs.
• Self-manage daily tasks while providing client service and support.
• Help us build upon the agency’s underlying foundation of success by providing client education and guidance.
• Have fun with our customers and team members, while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Medicare Insurance Sales Agent Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate would have an active WA State Life & Health Insurance license. We will customize the position within the team and provide the necessary training based on prior experience.
• Any customer service, client support, insurance producer, and/or sales experience can help you ease into this role!
• It's ok if this is a completely new experience or career change as well. We will train and support the right candidate to ensure success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
