Full description of the position

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of coordination for long term and short term oilfield projects including:

• Recruiting, screening and hiring the appropriate people for the projects,
• Works with Office Manager to ensure Cell Phone and Computers are available and delivered to Company Personnel
• Builds accurate Timelines and Assesses them for Projects
• Strong LinkedIn Profile and Professional Network
• Knowledge and Insight into numerous databases such as Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
• Ability to Help Create an Internal Rogue Database, and Manage Potential Candidates
• Ability to interview 6 candidates face to face a week
• Oil and Gas background preferred but NOT required
• Compassionate and People Focused While Firm and Thorough
• Ability to COLD CALL CANDIDATES and Potential Candidates that have not applied directly
• Check References, Verify Employment, and be Knowledgeable with Appropriate Recruitment Practices
• Helps arrange Housing for Apartments/ Trailers or Man Camps when applicable
• Works with Sales Manager to make Client Site Visits to Cook/ Entertain Company Personnel on Client Site
• Checks in with Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors to ensure company performance and that Projects are on schedule
• Position requires 20-25% travel as well as a Valid Driver's License-
• Must undergo Driving Background Check
• Company Credit Card, Computer, and Phone will be given in addition to the compensation mentioned above.
