Emerson House is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

Sales and Marketing Manager

Emerson House is looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, and management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a sales strategy to generate new business opportunities through direct contact with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all direct sales leads, including contract negotiations, customer satisfaction, and potential new customers.
• Conduct outreach to existing customers through direct mailings, phone calls, and email blasts.
• Prepare proposals for new installations and identify potential customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that each customer’s proposal is complete, accurate, and meets the customer’s expectations.
• Manage the company’s social media presence to increase awareness of the company’s products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience with uncapped commission structure.

• Paid time off (PTO) accrues in the first month of employment. Company paid paid time off is provided for all full-time employees (minimum of 40 hours per week). PTO accrues in proportion to hours worked (hours per week).
• Paid holidays (6 days per year). Company provided paid time off is used within 30 days of taking time off.
• Paid training within the company for selected employees who have not been trained by previous employers or training programs. This includes an on-site training center located in Garden City, ID that includes computers and other tools to facilitate the training process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
