Long Insurance Services is hiring!

We’re looking for a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Client Service Representative to join our team! As a valued member of our staff, you will be focused on assisting customers, as well as providing an excellent customer experience.

We are happy to offer hands-on training and support to help you advance in your career here! We offer assistance with licensing for the right candidate.

Some duties include:

• Answer calls, speak enthusiastically, clearly, concisely, and effectively, take messages
• Research customer information.
• Enter data in to a management system for customer policies and contact information
• Manage routine duties
• Maintain files and logs, process renewals, invoicing, and sales.

Job Skills:

• Organized ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain high quality of work.
• High level of accuracy with data entry and strong computer skills.
• Proficiency in office applications, especially Microsoft Office & CRM.
• Able to learn new programs easily.
• Strong interpersonal skills: outgoing, courteous, patient, professional and able to get along well with a variety of people.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible and enjoys handling a variety of tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Minimum 1 Year of demonstrated experience and meets the following criteria
• High School diploma minimum requirement
• P&C insurance license is required or able to obtain P&C insurance license 60 days after hiring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Will vary based on experience.

Average Base Salary Estimate

$35,000- $46,000
