Summary:

The Outside Parts Sales Representative is responsible for growing and maintaining a customer base, customer relationships, and being a positive representative for All-IN Truck Parts of Indiana.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Make sales calls to trucking and leasing companies, independent garages, and truck/trailer repair shops

· Responsible for maintaining existing parts business and growing sales with current customer base

· Prospect new customers and “cold call” with the goal to develop these prospects into a new and active customer

· Maintain a close relationship with customers

· Assist with customer parts returns

· Help customers with warranty problems when applicable per the policies and procedures of Stoops Freightliner – Western Star

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in heavy-duty truck parts or service

· Working knowledge of trucks, diesel engines, air brakes, HD transmission, axle, and driveline

· Superior selling skill based on probing to uncover customer needs

· Good customer service, communication, telephone, and organizational skills

· Self-motivated, driven individual
