DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical is a rapidly growing industry leader with seven locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Sanford (headquarters), Sarasota, and Tampa.

Residential Sales Consultants at Del-Air are primarily responsible for selling the company's products and services within a regional territory. Responsible for educating existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience with proven closing success in HVAC sales
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
• Computer Savvy with expertise in MS Office
• Ability to use Company-furnished technology products
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good writing skills
• Professional appearance
• Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
• Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
• Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
