KAC is GROWING! We are looking for a business development manager that wants to help build the KAC brand in the Buffalo area.

Who we are? With over 20 years in the recruiting industry, Kris began KAC as a way to make hiring real again. We are consultants, not just sales people. We want to find the right solution for the client.

• Identify and research potential clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
• Track and report on the status of proposal components
• Conduct ongoing market research
• Work with the CEO to create rate proposals
• Drive the end-to-end sales process
• Prepare and submit sales contracts
• Submitting candidates to clients and scheduling interviews
• Closing candidates to result in a strong hire (we don't just plug and play)
• This is a 1099 Commission role with great earning potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
