Our hospitality services division is now hiring a highly motivated Sales Development Representative that will be responsible for selling our staffing services in the east coast area. Your exceptional sales acumen and strong interpersonal skills will be essential in building relationships with key decision-makers and showcasing the value of our staffing services.
Our company hires all level cooks, dishwashers, servers, bartenders, cashiers, bussers, food service workers, concession stand workers and more! Our staff work with our different clients inside and/or outside local stadiums, hospitals, senior living facilities, hotels, catering/banquet events, public/private universities or colleges, software companies and corporate businesses offices.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Identifies target accounts within the hospitality/food and beverage industry.
- Works closely with SVP and Sales Manager of HS to gain new business.
- Achieves specific goals for closing new business.
- Responsible for attaining Sales Quota.
- Learns, develops, and implements new ways for TSC to differentiate the company in the marketplace.
- Aggressively develop new customers through networking, referrals, company lead generation and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet client requirements.
- Researches the customers and partners of the customers to identify the decision makers, procurement processes, and any history that they may have had with TSC.
- Plans and prepare sales presentations for existing and prospective customers with the purpose of sustaining and growing the market share.
- Present and negotiate competitive proposals, demonstrating the benefits of partnering with TSC.
- Maintains a close liaison with other company staff members in the TSC team including Human Resources, Marketing and Operations.
- Maintains Sugar with accurate data.
- Take corrective action to resolve any client issues before they become problems.
- Attends industry sponsored trade shows and seminars.
- Communicate potential opportunities to other TSC divisions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of two years related business experience with Sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect with people.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficient knowledge of LinkedIN.
- Food & Beverage - Hospitality industry required.
