Full description of the position

Applicant needs to be professional, strong sales background and a current active insurance license with the State of Kansas, minimum of Property and Casualty Lines.

We offer Top pay in the P&C insurance industry. Base salary + Commission+ Bi-weekly Bonuses.

• Pay correlated to relevant experience and licenses.

Responsibilities:
Meet, present, and sell insurance policies to new clients in person or via phone
Cross selling

Build referral resources within the dealership

Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Comply with company standards of documentation

Qualifications:
Currently licensed for property and casualty insurance. Life licensed will be helpful.

Ability to build quick rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask

Ability and motivation to work during our peak hours of evenings and Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
