About the Role:

The Change Management professional will work across our e-procurement technology consultancy, leading digital transformation roadmaps for e-procurement initiatives. This role requires a solid understanding of change management principles and procurement strategy, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of our varied client organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating organizational change across a complex, multi-site digital ecosystem(s). This work will include working directly with both operational and internal client teams identifying project champions, determining key performance indicators and developing strategies to track and measure digital transformation project success. You will manage and ensure delivery expectations and client satisfaction by orchestrating relevant delivery stakeholders. In addition, the Change Management professional will be responsible for developing training programs, guides, and other resources to ensure successful project adoption of new technologies and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Change Management professional will participate in the design, development, and implementation of digital transformation e-procurement initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for change management: change readiness, communications, training, executive alignment, organizational behavior, etc.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption while minimizing resistance at our client organizations.
  • Carry out change impact assessments that include stakeholder identification, impact analysis, and change readiness evaluations.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies and tools to design stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning strategies.
  • Generate key deliverables, including but not limited to, communication plans, coaching plans, training plans, resistance management plans, and readiness analysis.
  • Translate the implications of system and process transformations into actionable activities.
  • Collaborate with various business areas to ensure consistency in adoption.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan to anticipate and mitigate resistance.
  • Identify potential risks, conduct an analysis, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor the program communications plan, ensuring timely execution.
  • The position plays a key part in facilitating a smooth and successful transformation.

Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading change management activities
  • Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in organizational change management, communications, and learning improvements, with a focus on leading enterprise-level process improvement projects
  • Relevant certification such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or Change Management Specialist (CMS) is preferred
  • Solid project management skills and familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or SmartSheet
  • Experience working in management consulting.
  • Experience with digital transformation change management across a wide variety of platforms and understand the technical nuances of compliance of various platforms.
  • Experience in leading and coaching teams.
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation and data analytical skills.
  • Travel up to 25% required; both domestically and internationally.
