Cohen Financial Group (CFG), a Gallagher Company, is adding an Executive Benefits Producer to our team. Since 1987 CFG (a member firm of M Financial) has been a leader in providing creative Executive Benefit solutions to companies looking to retain, reward and attract top talent within their industry. Securities offered through M Holdings Securities, Inc. a registered Broker Dealer, Member FINRA/SIPC.

Responsibilities:

This is a 100% remote role


This Executive benefits Producer will be responsible for sourcing new business through prospecting, strategic partners and referral sources, driving new revenue for the firm. This is a challenging and unique opportunity for the right candidate who wants to take their career to the next level. There is unlimited income potential with recurring revenue. You will have a dedicated case management and client service team to support you allowing you to focus on new business and access to exclusive proprietary products designed specifically for High Net Worth clients through M Financial.


Position Summary:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive sales and revenue.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Engage in a high level of prospecting and networking activities.
  • Maintain a fluid pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Travel as needed.

Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience and appropriate insurance licensing required OR; Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR; High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience with appropriate insurance licensing required

Desired:
  • 5+ years in executive benefit sales with a verifiable track record of success
  • Strong networking and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex financial solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
