Ritello Distribution is looking for brand ambassadors for our face-to-face promotions in Grand Prairie, Tx. We are looking for YOU to be a part of our customer relations team!

Our brand ambassadors are the backbone of our business. They are responsible for providing solutions, answers, completing sales, solve problems, and get people happily on their way. You'll also use your customer service and sales skills to help customers discover the products they need, and even help them complete the sale. Easy workday schedule of 12:00pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday, with weekends optional.

What you will be doing:

• Conducting one-on-one presentations for new and existing customers.
• Respond to questions relating to customer service inquires.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve billing inquires, perform account adjustments, negotiate payment arrangements and deposit amounts.
• Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and bring your positive energy and professionalism.

Do you Qualify?

• MINIMUM GED Education.
• Previous customer service/sales/server experience REQUIRED.
• You're at least 18 years old and have your own reliable transportation.
• Minimum 2 years DFW residency.
• Have flexibility in your schedule, which allows you to plan your day for maximum success.
• Have a naturally positive attitude with demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Communication is the key to our business at all levels.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
