[please apply online] is a highly compensated position for the right candidate. The right candidate has experience and has already been trained and successful in the following disciplines:

1) VRV Technology (preferably Daikin, but not a deal-breaker)

2) Inverter Technology

3) Ductless Technology

4) In-home Sales Estimating

5) B2B Sales Estimating

This position is among the most important positions in our company. Our Senior Service Advisor not only performs service calls regularly, but also acts as technical support for other technicians and installers, and also acts in the primary sales function when it comes to introducing and explaining new & green HVAC technologies to our residential and commercial customers. The successful candidate will already be extremely well-rounded in the industry, with the ability to both repair existing systems and quote new systems.

Yes, we are definitely looking for the "whole package" - and we're willing to pay for it! Base Salary alone is $60,000-$80,000 with a guaranteed minimal annual income of $100,000, and the potential to earn significantly more than that.

We are located in Gilbert, Arizona and have steady work all year long. Under new ownership, Simply The Best is set for explosive growth and is looking to fill the key role Senior Service Technician within our team.
