Responsibilities

-Assist Commercial Sales Manager in maintaining and growing Preventative Maintenance agreements and performing site visits for commercial replacements

-This position will present information to building and business owners for service agreements

-Hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality

-After the meeting with the prospect, this candidate will generate a list of equipment to be serviced

-Take over existing PM agreements, negotiate renewals and expansion offerings

-Price service agreements according to customer’s needs and equipment

-Cold calling isn’t necessary initially, primary focus is to maintain and grow PM agreements with customers already being serviced in one way or another.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
