Midco Diving & Marine Services is a full-service underwater construction, inspection and repair firm with dedicated potable water equipment and crews working nationwide.

Join the exciting world of commercial diving management, maintaining relationships with our customers. Exposing new customers to the benefits of using a professional commercial dive company to service their utilities and industrial construction projects.

Immediate position for a dependable candidate, looking to help a growing company continue to provide our customers with integrity and outstanding customer service. Offering the ability to work with a representative that will walk the customer through the process, and provide the information needed in a timely manner.

Essential Function:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain customer records and files utilizing CRM software
• Identify service opportunities for customers
• Proactively work with management to resolve issues
• Maintain knowledge of services offered
• Prepare and review on site work proposals
• Offer resolution and adjustments as needed

Education, Experience, and Skill:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft application including Work, Excel and Outlook
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required

• Successful completion of pre-employment background and substance screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,456.00 - $60,000.00 per year
