Full description of the position

We are seeking a highly skilled data analytics specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for analyzing large data sets to identify patterns and trends, developing reports and visualizations using PowerBI or Microsoft AX Dynamics, Salesforce, and programming CRM software to optimize data analytics processes. The role will be key in using data to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and experience working with PowerBI and CRM software programming.

This is a hybrid role, and will report to the PHCNA Wood Dale, IL office 2 days per week.

What you will do:
Ability to provide comprehensive analysis of large and complex data sets using PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data. Data formatting, clean up, and governance will also be required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data-driven insights.
Create and publish sales reporting based on traditional KPIs (for example, performance to plan, period over period growth, etc.) to all levels of the organization and act as a partner to leadership to establish goals and targets for the sales force.
Optimize data analytics processes by programming CRM software.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reports and insights that meet their needs.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of reporting and dashboards.
Create, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that the expected quality of data is maintained.
Consult with internal customers to provide analytics and reporting that is responsive to their needs.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, market size, and customer behavior.
Identify and evaluate competitors activities, including product releases, pricing, and marketing to stay up-to-date on our competitive landscape.
Prepare reports and/or presentations to summarize findings.

Skills you will need:
Bachelors degree in relevant field such as data science, statistics, or mathematics is required.
3+ years of experience in data analysis is required.
PowerBI Skills are essential, ability to model large data sets and CRM software programming. Dynamic 365, SalesForce.
Experience with MS solutions, Excel, PowerBI is required.
Experience with market intel and businesses utilizing biomedical capital is preferred.
