MUST HAVE INSURANCE SALES EXPERIENCE!

Job Description

Allstate Agent looking for AGGRESSIVE, DRIVEN, LICENSED salesperson. Only looking for HIGH PERFORMING SALESPEOPLE!! Must have experience selling Property and Casualty Insurance. Must be willing to call lead lists and generate sales. We have a large marketing budget and have a constant stream of leads for our sales people. Our agency has been in business for over 40 years. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is driven for high bonus payouts when production goals are met.

Position Requirements

• Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
• Willingness to learn and be coachable
• A great self starter
• Eagerness to make 100+ calls each day to find good prospects and talk to existing customers about additional needs
• Have proven sales success
• Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred
• License for General Lines P&C Agent is required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
