Description:SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Resolution Consultant Manager will be responsible for the sales team’s achievement of MoneySolver’s customer satisfaction and revenue growth targets which will keep the company competitive and innovative. The manager will be responsible for coaching, training, and motivating the sales team on a day-to-day basis. In addition, the leader will be intensely focused on maximizing his/her sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and presenting those plans to top management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assesses the strengths and weaknesses of Resolution Consultants and manage the sales program accordingly
• Provides real time support for Resolution Consultants as they close new deals
• Develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies and programs
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume.
• Achieves growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Makes presentations on sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Implements planning, incentives and communications for the assigned team.
• Monitors employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals
• Supervises team in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Provides coaching for existing Resolution Consultants and training for new team members

Requirements:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years in leadership sales position
• Strong decision-making abilities
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent experience
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency with the MS Office Applications

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
